New Appointments at Clintons Clintons is pleased to announce a series of new appointments: James Hardy joins as a Partner from Rosenblatt, where he has been a partner since 2003. Prior to that, James trained and worked at Freshfields for 10 years. James brings considerable corporate expertise to Clintons, specifically in AIM and other listed work where demand for the firm's services has grown considerably. Working with Malcolm Murray, James will lead the Clintons' corporate team. Kirsti Reynolds will join the litigation team upon qualification where she will work closely with Jacqueline Brown on sports and music litigation. Kirsti trained with the firm. Patrick Kearns has joined the firm's family team from Hughes Fowler Carruthers as an assistant solicitor. Patrick qualified in September 2005. Fiona Davenport will join the firm's family team as an assistant solicitor from Payne Hicks Beach. Fiona qualified in September 2005.
