Jenny is a media and entertainment lawyer specialising in film and TV. She is recommended in the Legal 500 (2019).

Charlie Anderson is a barrister practicing primarily within our music and litigation departments. Holding a first in molecular biology and a Thomas More scholarship from Lincoln's Inn during his law conversion, Charlie was called to the bar in 2003 and completed his pupillage at 11 South Square, a top-tier IP chambers. Already involved in the media and entertainment world as a DJ, producer and events promoter, he then joined Clintons in order to work directly with clients on IP and contract-related litigation with a music industry slant. He has since acted for clients in various high profile cases including the successful Court of Appeal action in Seal -v- Wadlow. Charlie's current practice covers all aspects of IP, including copyright, trade marks and passing off, as well as contractual matters. His advisory work includes non-contentious and semi-contentious matters within music, events and new media, including complex digital licensing and branding issues. Charlie is a fluent French speaker. He is a lifelong surfer and spends a part of each year based in Indonesia or California.

Gary Lux qualified as a Legal Executive in 1976 shortly after joining Clintons and is now a consultant to the Firm. He specialises in commercial litigation. He has been involved in numerous high profile court actions relating to disputes in the music industry and has acted both for recording and publishing companies, as well as artistes. In addition to his civil practice, he has represented and advised in criminal matters including high profile fraud actions. Latterly he has specialised in intellectual property matters and, in particular, issues relating to parallel trading, and the establishment of the Parallel Traders Association, to which he is the legal adviser, representing the Association in various matters both before the Trade & Industry Select Committee and before the European Parliament and the European Commission.

Margot has a number of years of experience in US immigration, having worked in practices on both sides of the pond. She works with the immigration team, assisting with a variety of US immigration and nationality matters. She works on cases that involve obtaining US visas for talent and crews in the entertainment sector, artists, sports persons, entrepreneurs and a wide spectrum of individuals relocating to the US on a temporary or permanent basis for work or for other reasons. She also assists with matters involving challenging visa refusals or findings of inadmissibility to the US, as well as various US nationality related matters.

Dylan started his training contract at Clintons in September 2018. He is currently conducting his first seat in the Property and Private client departments of the firm, where he has been working on a wide range of property transactions as well as estate planning matters.
Prior to working at Clintons, Dylan worked as a paralegal in a film sale agency where he assisted on film-financing projects and licensing agreements. He also has experience as a corporate and commercial paralegal, working on company acquisitions in the food and leisure sectors.
Dylan was born in Brussels and speaks five languages fluently, including Mandarin, French and Hebrew. He studied Law at the University of Sheffield and obtained a Masters Degree in Intellectual Property at King’s College, University of London. Passionate about digital disruption in the field of entertainment, Dylan has previously worked with artists and bands in the distribution and promotion of their music.
Graduated in 2015 from the University of Liverpool after studying LLB law. Completed LPC at BPP Law School in 2016.
Undertook a 12 month Legal and Business Affairs Internship between September 2016 and September 2017 at Universal Music Group. Thereafter, a Paralegal at Universal Music Group from September 2017 to July 2018, before joining Clintons in September 2018.
Samantha graduated from the University of Leeds in 2012 with an LLB in law. She completed her Masters Degree in Law at BPP Holborn in 2019. With a particular interest in brands and marketing, she focused her final masters essay on the effects of Ambush Marketing at sporting events, and the potential legal remedies which could be adopted.
In the years between her studies Samantha lived and worked abroad for a number of years, and since being back in London she has worked closely with the executives of a growing travel and creative company.

Sara Shulman has an Undergraduate degree in Classics from University College London (2010 – 2013), a Diploma in Writing and Producing Comedy from the National Film and Television School (2014 - 2016) and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law (2017 – 2018) and the Legal Practice Course (2018 – 2019) at BPP University.
At university, Sara was the Head of Comedy at the UCLU student radio Rare FM, where she interviewed comedians and members of the comedy industry for her show ‘Humour Me’ and UCL SoundCloud.
After university, Sara worked in production and Entertainment Development at a variety of production companies and then set up the Scripted Comedy Development department at Wall to Wall (Warner Bros. TV UK) where she developed new comedy shows with some of the best new and established comedy writers and performers in the UK.
Sara then worked in investment where she specialised in SEIS and EIS investments for start up companies, particularly business plans for Tier 1 visa investment.
Sara is also the Founder and Editor of Comedy Blogedy, TEDxUCL speaker on ‘The Power of Funny’ and has written for Ticketmaster and The Huffington Post. Sara has produced several award-winning and nominated short films, which have been featured at the LA Comedy Festival, Los Angeles Short Film Festival, LA Indie Film Festival, NewFilmmakers Los Angeles, Miami Independent Film Festival, San Francisco Film Awards and the Cannes Film Festival.
Sara has created and run a variety of comedy shows in London, which have been featured in the national press.
Tara graduated in Law at the University of Durham in 2015 and went on to study the LPC at BPP under a scholarship from the Law Society’s Diversity Access Scheme. Whilst studying she worked as an intern at Leipa Gupta Family Lawyers, working on matrimonial and child matters. She has a strong interest in Media and Entertainment.
