Development and use of Creative Material for marketing or promotional purposes: buying or licensing creative material – including music and video material - for use in advertising. The firm has particular expertise in advising on the creation and use of Music for marketing purposes.
Data Protection and Privacy: advising on the use and aggregation of data in a marketing context as well as the rules and restrictions governing the use of personal data.
Regulatory Issues: advice and interpretation of the various laws and voluntary codes governing advertising and marketing.
The Brands and Marketing Services team works closely with other teams within the firm to provide advice and support on Corporate matters (whether public or private), in brands and marketing services including start ups, sale and purchase, management buy outs, joint ventures, listings and complex earn out arrangements.

Training Contracts
We usually recruit two trainee solicitors a year, for training contracts to commence in September.
We look to recruit two years in advance. The recruitment process for 2025 is now closed. The period during which applications are invited for Training Contracts beginning in 2026 commences on 1 March 2024 and ends on 31 May 2024. Early applications during this period are encouraged.
We do not offer sponsorship for law school fees or for visa applications.
