Alex is an Associate in the employment team. He advises hisclients on the full range of employment related issues and queries, includingboth contentious and non-contentious matters. He has experience inhandling employment tribunal claims relating to unfair dismissal,discrimination and whistleblowing.
On the non-contentious side, Alex has experience on the full range of HR advisory work; reviewing and drafting employment policies, procedures and handbooks; dealing with TUPE matters; and reviewing and drafting employment contracts (whether at a junior or senior level). Alex enjoys working with clients from a variety of sectors and industries, including insurance, financial services and property.
Alex read law at the University of Bristol, before training and qualifying with DAC Beachcroft LLP.
