Sarah joined the immigration team at Clintons in 2021,specialising in US immigration. She handles a variety of matters including employment-based non-immigrant visas for E-1 treaty traders, E-2 treaty investors, L-1 intra-company transferees and O-1 individuals with extraordinary ability, among others, as well as permanent residency applications. She has a wide range of experience advising individual and corporate clients, focusing primarily on employment-based routes for those who want to live and work in the US.
Prior to joining Clintons, Sarah practiced US immigration law at a large specialty firm in Ontario, Canada. She also has experience living and working in the US and Japan, where she practiced trademark law for a number of years.
She is admitted to the New York and California bars in the US and the Ontario bar in Canada.
Sarah completed a juris doctor degree at the University of Toronto and a masters degree at Keio University in Tokyo.
