Prior to her legal studies, Lauren worked at Faber Music where she gained extensive experience in music publishing. During this time, she worked closely with the Music Publishers Association and sat on the MPA Pop Publisher committee and the MPA Futures Group committee. She later joined the legal team at the Royal Opera House where she gained further experience in rights management and licensing.
