Chiara handles matters contingent on the breakdown of a relationship and matters arising in contemplation of marriage, such as pre and post-nuptial agreements. Chiara prides herself in her dedication to securing the best outcome for her clients guiding them through negotiated settlements or litigation.
Chiara specialises in financial matters, representing clients in high net worth disputes involving a variety of complex asset structures. She also handles all aspects of private law children cases, including cases involving allegations of domestic abuse or alienation. Chiara has a particular interest in advising on surrogacy matters.
Chiara read law at Durham University. Chiara then trained at Clintons and qualified as a solicitor in 2024.
