Steve has specialised in commercial and entertainment litigation for more than 40 years, both in the UK and the US and has substantial trial experience. He has considerable and wide-ranging experience as an advocate and litigation strategist, particularly in difficult and complex matters.
With a global practice, Steve represents clients from the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Australasia. He deals with complex commercial litigation and entertainment, media, sports and art disputes. Steve also has extensive experience of alternative dispute resolution, handling numerous arbitrations and mediations (both domestic and international), including appeals to sporting arbitral bodies for individuals and governing bodies. He has particular expertise in handling cases withinternational, cross-border elements.
His clients include international corporations, studios, Film and TV production and distribution companies, completion guarantors, artists, producers, composers, actors, directors, theatrical producers, advertising agencies, art advisers, sporting governing bodies, FIFA licensed agents and sportsmen and sportswomen.
