Rourke is an Associate in the private client department where he deals with wills, trusts, probate and estate planning work.
He prides himself on his ability to assist all clients on a wide variety of matters whether it be drafting wills, estate administration, advising on and dealing with inheritance tax, managing trusts and setting up and advising on the use of lasting powers of attorney.
Rourke is currently a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently undertaking the STEP Diploma - the globally recognised benchmark qualification for trusts and estates professionals.
